Cagayan Cagayan... ang tahimik na Bayan...

Thank god the plane safely landed in Cagayan De Oro airport (air strip yata yun eh) it was my first time to ride a twin engine propeller type of plane... pinaghalong saya at takot. Takot dahil ang tindi ni lola (my seatmate, panay ang kwento sa mga kasama sa plane... at imagine ayaw nya akong pagamiting ng cell ko kahit naka flight mode na... hahayyyyyyy lola talaga...) anyway the best is yet to come... to think i have seen everything... i was proven wrong by my friend Andre... we meet sa Watsons divisoria and we decided to go to Rosario Arcade to eat and buy some stuff... with me is my ever trusted travel bag... so he told me that we need to leave it sa baggage counter... (thank god ang bigat kaya) for some we can automatically picture what a baggage counter looks like...

well here in cdo... this is how it looks like....

this is located underneath the escalator... and yes you have to knock so that the guard will open the door for you... too bad i didnt take any picture of the interior (nahiya rin ako... baka kasi sabihin nila na galing ako sa City. hehehehehhe)

i love you CDO....

Just another Manic Monday…

12:40am, I’m 20 minutes early for my shift… just doing my usual task… reading emails and other updates for me to start my Monday… checked out our new Goals and Assignments for the week (since operations had reshuffled their direct reports). Then I realized that some of the Agents were not properly included to their specific Teams… (OMG servicedesk… please do your job…) well no biggy with that… I can always create a ticket regarding this issue and after 1 hour of updating each group, I was able to send the ticket request… BUT just when I thought that I had everything under control… a memory of our meeting last Saturday made me realize that my Boss requested something from me to complete by Monday night… and to make it even worst… the minute taker forgot to send the email regarding what transpired during the meeting(@#@#!@#$#$)… call recording? Reserve a room? And a lot of things were discussed but up until now I don’t know what to do… HELL I don’t even know where to start…. It’s already 6:30am and my shift ends at 10am, I have evaluated 3 agents (hey only 3 of my direct reports works on a Sunday shift.)

Well what can I say… Its Just another manic Monday….
